So, you found a super cool item on GameStop.ca, and you’re just not willing to wait for delivery. What can you do?
Well, when you look at the website, if the item has a green check next to “Collect in Store” just like this one:
You can Buy Online & Pickup in Store. The availability of an item for pickup in store depends on the store’s current inventory. Hit the Store Availability button as above and see if your local store has any units on hand. If they do, just add it to your cart and when you checkout select Collect in store just like this :
Your order is paid for through our website, but you get to pick up the item same day at your local store once your order is ready!
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. And once your order is ready for pick-up you will get a second email letting you know you can pick-up your item.
Can’t pick it up right now? Not a problem, your order will be held for 5 days once it is ready for pickup.
We will only release the order to you or the person you have designated as your alternate pick-up person. Remember to bring a valid piece of photo ID. Your name written in your underwear doesn’t count!
If you haven’t made it to the store after 5 days, the store will notify our Customer Service team, and they will cancel the order and process the refund to your payment method.
I changed my mind- now what?
Sometimes mistakes happen, rides fall through, or you just change your mind, and we get that. If you won’t be able to pick up your order, you can contact our talented Customer Service Team and they can process the refund for you. If you’ve already picked up your order from the store, you can process a return following our Return Policy
