We know how excited you are to receive your GameStop Items and how frustrating it can be when you miss a delivery attempt.
To keep your items safe and make sure they reach you correctly we require a signature for our deliveries.
If our partner courier attempts a delivery and are unable to deliver your parcel, they will leave you a notice card and your order will be dropped off at the nearest depot. The depot will hold your order for 5 business days. If you do not pick it up or arrange a redelivery, in that time it will be returned to us for our returns department to process. The tracking link you received in your shipping confirmation email will update with this information.
Once your return is processed a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
