We process and ship items Monday-Friday. Orders placed on the weekend or on holidays will be processed and/or shipped the following business day.

gamestop.ca does deliver to Canadian PO Boxes. Orders shipped to PO Boxes must be shipped using our PO Box service, and cannot be shipped Express.

Statutory Holidays: Our shipping service does not make deliveries on Statutory Holidays. Express shipments scheduled for delivery on a Statutory Holiday will be delivered on the following day. If a title is scheduled for release on a Statutory Holiday, express orders will be delivered the following day.

Civic Holidays: Please note that our shipping facility is located in Ontario. If an Ontario civic holiday falls on the Monday prior to a title's release, the title will not be shipped until the following day.
