Once your order is placed it will be checked by our team and fulfilled as quickly as possible
IMPORTANT NOTE : Once processed, all Digital purchases are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Orders for Digital products are manually checked by our team prior to approval. If your order is placed outside of normal office hours (Monday to Friday), this may delay processing of your order.
Once your order is processed you will receive an email letting you know your code is available.
You can find your DLC code by signing into your account at www.gamestop.ca or if you do not have an account by checking your orders on our website.
Let us direct you to the top of the page (yes, all the way up to the top) On the left hand side (do you see it now?) Click the icon with three little bars to open the Menu
A new menu will pop up, Select YOUR ORDERS
Plug in the info required, your email address and order number and hit VIEW YOUR ORDER
On the right hand side you will see a red button written Details, click this
You will see a red button that says Digital Token, press this button you should get a pop-up with your code.
If you do not see the pop-up please ensure your pop-up blocker is not blocking the pop-ups from our site.
It may take up to 24 hours for the DLC button to appear after your order has been approved.
