Just a few details to remember …
In-store purchases cannot be returned to our online returns center. If you bought it in store, it must be returned in store.
Most items can be returned or exchanged within *15 days from the date of your in-store purchase, or *15 days from the date your online order is delivered. Only unopened/sealed items can be returned.
Items bought as part of bundle can only be returned together as a complete bundle.
*The return/exchange window for Funko is 7 days.
The exceptions to this policy are final sale items and certain items that can only be returned or exchanged if the packaging is unopened.

All returns are subject to verification before a decision is made to offer a refund or replacement either in store or online. All products must be returned in their original packaging. The product must be in like-new condition (i.e., no signs of use).
Defective Exchange
We make every effort to ensure all the items we sell are top quality and arrive in perfect condition. On the off chance you receive a defective or damaged item, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! Contact us within *15 days and we’ll assist with processing the exchange for you. Remember, when you return the item, you must include the packing slip and any manuals, cables accessories, peripherals & everything that originally came with it.
If you receive an order with a damaged item, please reach out to our customer service team right away with photos of the contents of the package and the external shipping box.
Items with minor packaging flaws that do not affect the contents are not considered as damaged for refund or exchange claims.

If your PC does not meet the requirements of a PC game, the game is not deemed faulty. Make sure you double check that you’re buying the right item. DLC codes purchased from GameStop Canada will only work on Canadian accounts. Please check carefully that the code you are purchasing can be used on your device and redeemed to your account prior to purchase.
